My experience getting business cards makes me never want to business with Staples again. They lined them up wrong on the cutter so every card was cut skewed, and the edges looked worn making them unusable. I can't give these to clients. It would look like I am not a professional. When I talked to the clerk he agreed that they were wrong but then looked at me with a blank expression. I asked what he could do, explaining that the cards are no good like they were made. He said that some people have problems with the software. I explained that I am a graphic designer and used the file I downloaded from their site. I then explained that I did not use their online tool and uploaded print ready files with the card graphic in the very center of a black rectangle. He offered no assistance at this point, just looked at me with that blank dumbfounded face. I am extremely disappointed. I will be ordering from the mail order company I normally use from now on. I will never do business again with a business that can't even at the very least offer any suggestions to rectify the situation. Very bad customer service. At the very minimum they should have re-run the job correctly.

I had my Christmas cards made at Staples for the first time this year. I am not tech savvy and the process was very easy, inexpensive, and ready for pick up in less than 24 hrs. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience for this unorganized, busy mom!

Went into Enfield Staples to get some cards made up told them I needed them right away so I was charged expedited fee .they called me the next day and told me their printer would not align for my job .So they outsourced my job ,I got a call 5 days later cards were ready when I picked them up the cards were very cheap quality not what I was showed $80 for 500 cards that look like someone printed on their computer this place is joke And will never see another dime of my money next time I will go to Vista print 500 cards for $9.99 same quality anyway.
