Only cares about the $. Horrible landscaping; unsafe for my elderly mother to walk in her yard. Landscaping holds water, will have to be redone on my dime apparently. Shotty subcontractor work that did not pay attention to details. Had to have another contractor fix their messes. The only thing NOT builder grade was the countertops. No window trims, no finishing trim on built ins, no crown molding. Inadequate space for refrigerator had to be repaired. Refused to trim/remove dangerous and dead trees. Refused to properly insulate attic per home inspection. Absolutely no communication directly with owner. Doesn’t return calls. Been over a month and I still Have not been given appliance manuals, extra keys etc that was in the house the day before closing.

The thought of building a new home and making the many decisions that come with it at first seemed overwhelming. But Kevin and his team addressed every concern and assisted me in making the best decisions for my budget and taste with patience and care. They built my dream home which turned out to be more beautiful than I imagined.

We did a lot of research and looked at a number of builders around the area before building our new home. Top on the list of priorities included builders who were 1) Trustworthy/Honest/Reputable 2) Fair on price 3) Could build what we wanted/Quality Craftsmanship. We ultimately selected Stapp Home Builders. Kevin Stapp and his crew met our requirements and lived up to our expectations. They treated us like family and we were very happy with their attention to detail and our beautifully finished home.
