My significant other and I absolutely love this Stater Bros. the store is always clean has unique items. The main reason why we really love this store is because of the people that work there. One person name is Gary. Gary is the head of maintenance and he knows more than most the employees in there. He’s always so sweet and kind and genuinely cares about how we’re doing and I feel a little bad because we seldom ask about Him. He’s the reason that we go to Stater Bros. and we really love him. Sometimes we stop in just to say hello to Gary! From Ben and Sally We love you Gary!! Give that man a raise!

Really welcoming staff, have been coming here for about 2 years and had never had a problem. Good selection and yearly rotation of flowers, would absolutely recommend if in the area.

Michael was awesome ! It was late, and I had just gotten off of work, and it also happened to be my daughter’s 15th birthday…. I was stressed.. and was thinking about where I might find a last minute cake.

Michael who typically works the meat counter was washing equipment in the back. And saw that I needed assistance. He openly admitted to being “a little” unfamiliar with the cake/pastry department. But was optimistic, and assured me that I would get taken care of.

After just a few moments he had his gloves on and was ready to assist. He helped me choose a cake for my daughter that ultimately made her night. And I couldn’t have been more happy. (And the cake was delicious !) Thank you ?!

I have always loved Stater Brothers, it's been years that I have not been in California. It was great to see Stater Brothers has not changed. Very clean, employees are so helpful. The fresh meat is a must to try. They have a actual butcher . I needed a cut up chicken, a employee said he could do it for me. ( I was shocked, actually cut a chicken for me). I was to return to the butcher area in 15 min. Well ..he came looking for me. This is the best service I have ever seen.
The shelves are constantly stocked and their produce is fresh. I can't say enough of how great Stater Brothers is. Please open one in Florida.

Lots of great staff, but some just look like they hate being there and have had some bad experiences with a few employees. But store is always nice and clean.

Totally bad experience today I wanted cashback but was told I couldn't make it after it had already processed because they had no money and was reprimanded by the cashier Genoveva even tho the screen and system asked me if I wanted cashback today. The manager, Ryan Strawbridge, also disagreed and even reprimanded me himself over using the cashback feature. I allowed this in front of my child and decided to just report here. Totally broken system I know this is a universal error across all stores of different types but this has been the only time I was treated shamefully and a mistake in part of the store whos employees cannot control their emotions. I won't come back to this store. I hope something anything happens and is from me sharing this bad experience, and it doesn't get ignored because it took a lot for me to write this review.
