I had amazing experience with this location (great people). My appointment was for 11 am arrived at 5:30 am checked in with the receiver and they gave me door right away, they advise me it might take some time before they unload me. At 6:00 am they were done. I give this place A+

Before I use to call to confirm appointment time but yesterday I called to confirm and they weren’t even able to give an answer and stopped picking up my phone. Got here to deliver at 11:30 appt and guy in the front told me I don’t have an appointment.. and when I tell you he doesn’t know how to speak. States management if you’re reading this please get rid of that young man that makes his voice sound feminine. He is giving you guys a terrible look. That “boy” was the most disrespectful while I was asking a simple question like how can I avoid this next time. Told me they have a full schedule with 2 trucks on the docks..

Good ppl, got loaded here , came at 11 my app for 13:00 they started loaded exactly at 13:00 . No reason to come before appointment they will not load you. And there is no parking near by on the street , no parking on the warehouse cuz they have a gate. Just chill at the truck stop and come 30 min before appointment

Not too bad. Get there a half hour before your appointment. Not really any street parking. Either park on the street to walk in or if driveway is empty pull up to gate. When you're sitting at the gate look to your left and you will see door 6, outside the gate and check in there. Entrance is off 140th Ave. I was in and out, unloading, in 90 minutes.

I was bit scared after reading the Reviews but I had a great experience had an appointment for 1 pm arrived at 6.30 am but the receiver girl checked me in n gave a door right away.But she still told me it’s gonna be a little late as you had n appointment for 1 pm but was out till 8 am

Been here early then my appointment nd shipper said come closer to ur appointment time. Came check in again nd they forgot about my dock to unload. its crazy they need to be more respectful to there job nd need more responsible to there work.
