Nice Place, Rest Rooms Nice and Clean and available.
Very gentle people, Don’t try to go early there appointment loads are 1sr Priority, work you in will take more time to load then appointment ,will ask you to disconnect truck from trailer. Takes 2 hours to floor load.

I had a good experience there. I was there at 1230pm for 230pm appointment. Got the door right away and done at 245pm. They let you use the bathroom too if you are wearing closed Toe shoes.

It's not best or worst. Showed up at 11 for a 1 pm appt. Dock was immediately given and easy to get into, customer service is fine but they waited until appt time to start loading. Considering product is loaded onto the floor, the loading time of 90 minutes wasn't bad

Bring your mask with you before you checkin. Of course, stand right in front of the crosswalk at the stop sign. If you stay on door with the engine running, immediately disconnect your bobtail! (This is the rule on the door). Take the paper work after you put the seal. And that's all and you are free and happy, the weight is usually up to 15k Lb. Be save!!!

Yes, this place was horrible getting loaded. When I was checking in the lady gave me the wrong dock to back into! There was a trailer already in that space. So the time that it took me to go in and get another dock door. Another truck that was behind me, was at the dock door and of course got loaded before me and was going within an hour. Well Three hours later. I am still sitting here! This is ridiculous! And a truck sitting next to me will probably get loaded before me too! What customer service!

Come up N Kiowa and left on Lampkin. Easy to follow directions once you're on site. They floor load everything so it takes about 3 hours. They'll load you early if they're not busy.
