Just got some brackets made by them and can’t say enough about the quality. The cuts are super clean and crisp. From the day of the quote to time of pick up was under a week and that’s including the weekend. But the responsiveness is what I really appreciate. Almost immediately after requesting a quote I was contacted back. Unlike some companies that leave you hanging for days or even weeks. They accepted my file format (.dxf) without any weird requests for a specific file type like some companies make you do just for a quote. Sherrie was attentive in answering all my questions with a clear line of communication. To me this is the foundation for good business. Even while I was fielding other quotes I had silently made up my mind to use them merely on the responsiveness alone! Some places are just so pompous and make you feel unimportant. Not at Stewart. While picking up my parts today the gentleman in the shop was very nice and greeting and I showed him a sample of my other two products and he told me it would be no problem for them to make them. This is my new one stop shop with great pricing, customer service and turnaround time. I have been hoping to find a shop like this for awhile and I’m glad I did. I needed a metal plate water jet cut for an art project of mine. The owners were very nice and responsive. They did an exceptional job and delivered on time. I even got to see their shop and other creative works. Definitely will use them again! Thanks
