My new mini split was a diy project that went wrong. I called and left a message and at 1pm she called me back saying he could come out now. One of our copper lines had busted! He had to fix that and get the moisture out of our system. He was very honest on the hours he spent. He was friendly and did not judge us for breaking it! I will definitely use them in the future!

This company was relatively quick to answer our call. We have used this company a few times. However, I am not impressed. I recently had to call them because our air conditioner quit and I wanted to know what was wrong. They told me they "looked" and found the problem. They took no more than 15 minutes and were gone. I woke up the next day and instantly had to call them back because my air conditioner was acting up for a second time. The next day. They came back 2 days later, stated it was the motor, took no more than 15 minutes, and left. I spoke with 2 other AC companies and they stated that the motor is something that was happening for a while. If Stoughton had actually looked at the entire AC unit, as it should have been done, they should have seen this problem on the first call. Well, I received my bill in the mail and was charged for 2 service calls even though I only had to call them the second time because they did not take a good look at the unit. I was charged $170 for two 15 minute jobs. When I called, he stated that that's how it would have been charged whether they caught it or not. However, on previous jobs he had done for my parents and I, he would spend more than 30 minutes and only charged for an $85 service call. Essentially, I payed for 2 service calls even though they overlooked the second issue. I would not recommend this company and both my parents and I will be looking elsewhere for our services.

They wouldn’t even come and look at my air-conditioning unit to try and tell me what is wrong with it to be able to give me an estimate on how much it might cost. They literally just wanted me to let them come and start working on it and the cost would be just whatever the cost would be once they got done. Not a chance.

Called in morning concerning video doorbell installation and probable bad transformer. Arrived mid afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly and 1hour later job was done. Friendly professional service..thanks so much !

My AC went down just as the summer weather kicked in. It was actually warmer in the house than it was outside. Stoughton came quickly and addressed the issue immediately. It's hot outside and cool inside and I am immensely grateful. Thank you!
