I rented a studio apartment at Stove Lofts on a short-term lease. Overall, I would definitely recommend leasing an apartment here. It’s not only one of the most affordable options in Leavenworth, but comes with a lot of perks in the community center. I also had no trouble with maintenance of any kind. The only real issue came with package deliveries, but they have changed their policies recently and fixed that! Best of all, the leasing office is attentive and caring!

We love Stove Lofts in Leavenworth! We have lived in a studio, one bedroom, and now we live in a two bedroom. The lofts are absolutely beautiful inside and out. We love the exposed brick and unique features in the hallways and lofts. All three of our lofts have had exposed brick and big windows. The management and staff work very hard and are quick to respond. The prices are great and no utilities!

I have been living here for almost 2 years and it’s amazing the management staff are extremely helpful and the apartment itself is beautiful. The Stoveloft Apartment Team has made my stay in Kansas easier then it was 2 years ago. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for their first apartment.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have never had issues entirely with the place I stay or with the neighbors. Very polite and respectful people i live with. Expenses are amazing with all utilities included. Can't ask for better living that's affordable.

In all of my PCS moves, this is the worst place I have ever lived. Many people here do not leash or pick up after their pets, so you have to watch where you step when walking to your car. The walls are also paper thin and you will hear everything. I had to sleep with earplugs every night. I also had one of my vehicles damaged in the parking lot. Stove Lofts has no security cameras, so good luck catching anyone who damages your vehicle.

The staff is also unreliable and seldom in their office. When I was preparing to move out of Stove Lofts, Ashley told me that I would be notified of the cost of the pro-rated rent for the last week of the month. Instead, I found a letter on my door telling me that I was delinquent on my rent with a $50 late fee, despite being told I would be notified.

If you are military, I HIGHLY recommend living on post. You may lose out pocketing some BAH, but you will have a much quieter and safer experience.

I moved to Leavenworth from Overland Park for the first time over a year ago and my experience has been amazing so far! Stove Lofts is located in a pretty lively part of town with lots of super fun things just within walking distance. Plus, the studio and 1-bedroom apartments are super spacious, especially if you get one with high ceilings.

The lovely ladies in the office have been super nice and welcoming from my first day in Leavenworth. They understand that life sometimes happens and are more than happy to work with you as long as you're completely transparent with them.

I moved into Stove Lofts in July. Natalie and Ashley in the office were amazing with the application process and made it relly easy for me to get in there. I live in a studio and its perfect for this retired man. I love it. I live on the 1st floor but there is elevators if you need them. i do hear my neighbors from time to time but nothing to keep me up at night.
