The Stratatech staff is very responsive to our IT needs/requirements. They worked closely with us to update our six remote locations as well as the renovation and wiring of our new HQ location. JoAnne at the front desk provided outstanding customer service: she was pleasant, answered my questions, communicated clearly and promptly, and honestly just made me feel like my computer was a priority.
