The guys that attended us were very friendly and professional. It was nice to just pull into a bay, stay in your car while they change the oil, checked other fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. I was in and out in about 10 minutes just as the sign says. I will definitely use this oil changing business again!

Went here earlier today to take my grandparents 2022 Nissan Rogue for oil change. I was told they could not perform the oil change as this particular model has a recall on the drain plug and they have instructions not to touch this vehicle. As this is not my car and I’m unaware of any recalls, I took their word for it. I called Nissan and there is no such recall. The guy went on to explain there were all these other cars they could not perform maintenance such as a corvette. As if someone in Independence, KS actually owns a corvette. I’d never come back as ownership can’t be trusted if they can’t perform an oil change on a widely driven vehicle such as a Nissan rogue.

Love how you can stay in your vehicle and they keep you updated as they work.
They show you your filters so you know the true condition of them. No pressure.
Also they have stores in multiple states and their systems work together; that’s a plus to me.
