Sullivan Driveways & Seal Coating LLC is unreliable and a terrible company for business. Jake Switzer (Lead Estimator) said a new asphalt driveway took two days to install, but it took about six business days for completion. The crew started installing the driveway on August 22, 2023. They reported on August 23 and couldn't get the paving truck. I had the same experience when they reported back on August 24. Jake didn't call to brief me, and the crew didn't give me an explanation for their inability to secure a truck on both days. I tried contacting Jake via telephone, text, and email, but he did not respond. Sullivan Driveways & Seal Coating LLC failed to secure a paving truck to meet the 2-day commitment deadline. I did not get full disclosure about possible delays in securing a pavement truck from Jake when he sold me the $5800 package. It wasn't until after I searched for the company on Facebook and sent Jake a message that George Sullivan (Owner) came into the picture, and the project started moving forward. They completed the installation on August 31, 2023, but I am very disappointed with the quality of their work. It had visible seams, rough spots, and a brownish-yellowish discoloration.

FINAL UPDATE - August 3, 2024
It's almost been a year since Sullivan Driveways & Seal Coating installed the mediocre driveway and damaged my lawn. George Sullivan failed miserably at keeping his word. As you can see from some pictures, the driveway has already cracked in multiple areas. I hired Northeast Paving LLC to sealcoat my driveway today. They were astonished at the poor quality of the driveway and said they could only do a temporary fix of seal coating because it was very poorly constructed and prone to cracking fast. Unfortunately, I didn't sue George Sullivan because it is time-consuming, and I have a very tight schedule. I also had to hire a company to repair my lawn. It is worth mentioning that Jake Switzer said they are bonded (when he made the sales pitch), but they never divulged the bond documentation for my protection. BUYER BEWARE of this company!!!

Do not recommend!!! Customer service sucks and the person I had to deal with is name Jake , very rude and not good with dealing with customer service. I paid 6,000 for my driveway to get redone in June and there’s tire marks , gravel coming off of the pavement. When I called for him to come back he definitely gave me the run around and when I asked to speak to the owner I was told he was away and I had to deal with Jake … still trying to get a hold of the owner and get some answers or fix what needs to be corrected and fixed ..

Had them replace my driveway. Had high expectations having worked with their other companies previously. Great price and very professional never a mess left behind. They did an excellent job driveway came out phenomenal and as always would highly recommend.

What a nightmare and a year later they still will not fix this mess of a driveway where they stated an engineer would decide on how to place the drain... the water does not reach the drain because the driveway is higher and is puddling at my walkway. This is a brand new home . I cannot even do my walk until they fix their disaster I paid cash for. They do not even deserve one star.
