Amazing place to do business, Kevin and Steve are awesome to work with, we were a ways out and they explained the current drywall situation to me, so long story short the price could fluctuate but we understood the situation because unfortunately we dealt with it with most trades while building our home. But the workers who came and put in the drywall, the professionalism they showed and how amazing and fast they were and explained what they were doing and why was such a fresh breath of air in the stressful times of building a home. On April 26 I sent an email with my list of materials for a quote. After waiting a week and a phone call reminder, on May 4th I stopped in to check the status. I was told it would take about a month and was given an invoice with the final out the door price of $8,60xx. I tried to pay but was told to pay when the material arrives. I asked if the price could go up and tried to pay. I was assured the price was set and I should pay when its delivered. Then yesterday, 6 weeks later (June 16) I finally get the call they got the materials in and were ready to schedule delivery and he would call me back with the day. I then get a message from the guy that the price went up several times and the new price was going to be $9,8xx. I also talked to the main branch in phx and left a message to speak to a manager about it. Someone called me back on behalf of the manager and explained there is nothing they would do. This is not how I do business and I will go out of my way to do business with places that can't honor their agreed upon prices.
