They are friendly, no waiting time, fast loading unloading , only you have to sit outside on chair when loading unloading, don't know why, which I don't like, else they are v good.

Quick loading need to go to scales first to get empty weight, before checking in, just note the weight and come back to shipping office. And yes they do make you sit on a chair outside, can't be sitting inside of truck.

I don't understand why? I went to Sun Foods to pick up a load. It was a cold day. They make you sit in a chair on a outside dock. Can't be in your truck. I assume it's for safety, but the chair you sit on is two feet from where forklifts are driving pass with pallet on forks. Passing me within two feet. That is far more dangerous than me sitting in the cab of my truck. They won't load you unless your in that small area on the dock. It's just a matter of time someone gets hit or a pallet falls on someone. I just hope they end this silly policy before it happens.
