Exceptional experience with Sunland Ford. I had two recalls on my 2008 Lincoln, I called to make an appointment on the recalls. They had an opening the very next day. They came to my home, picked up the car, brought it back in a few hours, no cost to me. How convenient is that! I just bought a new Ford Maverick and working with Sunland Ford was a great experience. Our family has been buying Fords from Sunland Ford for many years, both for personal and business use. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to work with the group and I will have to say that I was very impressed with the effort made to help us out. I had difficulty finding the truck that included all the features I wanted, but Scott Boyd, the Internet Director, was able to locate exactly what we wanted and then our Sales Consultant, Hector Covarrubias, drove quite a distance to pick up the truck. There was no pressure to put me into something I wasn’t quite happy with. The Finance Manager, Travis Palmer, explained all the financing options in a very clear manner and was very patient in helping me choose the right warranty to fit my needs. When I am in the market to buy another vehicle, I will no doubt call Sunland Ford first.

From the moment I walked in, Shannon greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions with great detail and making sure I understood every step.

Amazing experience! When we arrived st the dealership, we were wandering around the lot looking at Mavericks. We ran into Sal who introduced himself, answered a few questions and took us inside where he introduced us to Hector. Both men could not have been nicer, or more professional! I really had no intention of buying a car, but they made it a pleasure. I should add that Shane in finance was great and processed us in record time. I would highly recommend this dealership.!
