We were considering new windows when we ran into Gene at his booth at the Expo. He was very knowledgeable about the products and we made an appointment for him to come to our house and measure for an estimate. We had the estimate in hand in just a day or so. Windows were ordered and when they arrived I was thrilled with the installation of them. High quality product and excellent installation. The windows with the argon gas absolutely keep the heat out but let the light in. This is not the first time we have used Superior and it certainly won’t be the last.
We just got our most recent electric bill and our usage had gone down 8% and it has been HOT!

I ordered a sliding glass patio door in June from them paid $1800 down. It is now October 28 2023. The installation was a disaster. Installer installed a door with defective interior seals and when he left the door wouldn't lock. I contacted Gene the owner and he told me he couldn't do anything about the defective door. He has sent 2 other installers out to look at the installation and both say the door needs to be removed and reinstalled. Nothing is being done at this time and Superior is demanding full payment for an unsatisfactory incomplete job or court action. Stay away from these crooks.

The company replaced fascia damage by hail. The installers were very professional and accommodating. The work was excellent, it was done on time and was reasonably priced. I have used Superior Home Improvements before and will again.
