Just called office to speak to Debbie in regards to CS payments for our employees. She was absolutely unprofessional, rude and had the most condescending tone when speaking with me. Debbie spoke to me as if I was an uneducated child - and then began questioning my position with my company trying to confirm if I was the owner of the business or payroll manager? Not sure how this has anything to do with child support or my follow up from letter.
This woman needs to be reviewed by upper management and disciplined/discharged. Absolutely disgusting person.

Not even a yr when I started receiving my cs now its been 2 months an haven't seen my money I've been calling every week just for them too say it's nothing they can do.. I wanna close my case but they claim this a good case!! Where's my money?!!

A judge should see all of these reviews and throw Debbie in the can for failure to uphold COURT ORDERS!!!!! No enforcement at all, she’s rude, inept, and does NOTHING but send letters to my ex to pay. With all the things she could be doing, like holding a Lein against his house, investigating to see if he has a job ( she wants me to find this info out) holding him in contempt. They need a serious overhaul of this system!

Highly unprofessional. I called from a law office to obtain information required for one of our cases. Debbie, who answered the phone, spoke to me as if it were a bother for me to contact the office. She was short and extremely rude. Child support issues are already stressful without having to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.

The lady “Deb” that runs the Middletown Childsupport office is the most unprofessional individual you will ever meet!! She always answers the phone with an attitude and responds with one answer so carelessly. Every time you call she acts like she is hassled by your call. She needs to be fired for that office to be able to do its job productivity or functionally!
