The technicians were amazing! It had to be 150 degrees in our attic and they got everything up and running. As always the staff and technicians are friendly, explain everything, and make certain that the customer is satisfied with services. Thank you Surfside for another job well done!

I worked with Christopher on the office side. He was responsive to each call and arranged for someone to come out to the property twice. On the technical side, Do helped me select a mini split solution that I can add to in the future. The installation was done by Nigrial and 1 other man. They arrived on time, did excellent work, got the inspection done and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. This was a smooth experience, so glad we picked Surfside!

Surfside services does it again! Our package heat pump stopped heating in 30 degree weather. I called Surfside services and they scheduled me for same day service! When the technician finally dispatched on my service ticket he politely called me to let me know his estimated time of arrival. When he got here he was super kind and courteous! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed a Freon leak in my Unit and vacuumed and recharged my system. It’s now working better than ever! Thanks Surfside services for being the pinnacle of fast and friendly service!

My furnace was not working and freezing temperatures were due to hit the next day. Surfside responded right away and fixed the problem promptly. I made an appointment for a quote on my HVAC replacement. (I did my own research prior to scheduling) Nigrial Faust came out and inspected the unit inside and out. Quoted me in the price range that I expected. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with Surf Side and have used them for multiple jobs. Highly recommend
