Had eyelid surgery here with Dr. Vick. What a great place! My anesthesia went so well I never knew what happened and no after effects. The whole team do a professional job. And I look better even with post op bruising!

My experience with them was great from the receptionist until the very end of me getting in my car. I can’t see anyone having a bad experience. I guess everyone had their coffee lol my appt was at 7am I was out of there before 9am. I almost couldn’t I had a procedure. Woke up and the staff was very attentive. Will be following up with them in 3yrs as suggested . Thank you ALL

Wonderful People and Facilities. Everybody there from person checking in to nurse getting you ready for procedure to personnel that give and prepare you for anesthesia to my wonderful Dr Alnoah to the person wheelchairing to parking lot. All excellent and so sorry I don’t know all of their names! I’ve never been treated better!!

Very pleased with my experience there. Everybody from admissions to recovery and everyone between were excellent! Even the nurse student! Everyone was professional and compassionate. I will definitely highly recommend this place. I will not hesitate to return if needed. I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff is!

I am disgusted with their insurance department. The lady was beyond rude! Laughing at me for asking them for more than 1 weeks notice on the cost. Best my insurance could do without the details was a couple hundred dollar estimate. I do not think it’s too much to ask for them to provide notice when they expect payment in full. Disrespectful & disgraceful behavior. Apparently they are only good to you if you fit into an income bracket that doesn’t require a budget. I have a call into my doctor now to see if I have literally any other option because if I’m treated this badly before my procedure I can’t image now I might be treated when I’m there.

My son had surgery today with Dr. Southwood for a tonsillectomy and tubes in his ears. Dr. Southwood is absolutely phenomenal! She's great with my son and is very thorough. As for his recovery, I cannot say enough good things about the nurse, Tristan. She was there almost every second of the two hours. My son would have a little bit of a popsicle left and she would be coming back with another one. She talked to him and they made promises to each other that they both followed through with. She made things so much easier. My son responded so well to her and he's usually pretty shy towards people. She is one in a million and absolutely cherished! I couldn't leave a comment on the survery, but I do hope this reaches her and her supervisors.

Please do a complete overhaul of your wait times. My toddler had to be at the facility at 645 he was not taken back for his procedure until 915. There is not any excuse for that especially being so young.

Been here since 12:30 & it’s now 1:34pm. Apparently appointments don’t matter anymore at least not in this state. I’ve realized and noticed a lot that health, law, rescue, & insurance dept really suck and don’t care for their jobs. No wonder this state is decades behind others…..wow two other people that just got here after us just got called in. Perfect 👌
