If it wasn't so expensive it would be so much better. I like the convenience of having everything at your finger tips... And the store till now is kept in good shape, which is a super plus and the reason I go... But i can't bring myself to buy certain things because well the pricing is ... Well you know.

I will NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR STORE AGAIN. The guy at the desk was so rude, unprofessional, and overly aggressive. I would rather drive an hour away to another hardware store than to go back to spend thousands of dollars rebuilding my properties after spending thousands in your store month after month. You lost a great paying customer.

Sutherlands Dodge City has no customer service. No one working there acknowledged us or offered any assistance. Same experience every time I’ve been in. I will not be handing over any of my money. I will spend it elsewhere.
