We reached out to Sutton plumbing company for a quote on a large project, and after receiving the estimate, we were eager to schedule the work. The plumber was able to come out the same day as our initial call, which was a great start. However, when we followed up multiple times to actually schedule the job, we encountered an extremely frustrating experience.

We were abruptly told by their scheduling agent, Stacy, that they "couldn't schedule the job" without any explanation. If the project was beyond their scope or if there was a scheduling conflict, we would have understood. But instead of any clear communication, Stacy was dismissive and informed us they were "booked indefinitely."

Having worked in the trades myself, I find it hard to believe that a professional company wouldn't be able to schedule work well in advance, especially if we had been flexible with timing. We even offered to book months out, but no reasonable explanation was provided. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and left us feeling undervalued as customers. It's disappointing, as we were initially hopeful about working with them.

In short, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and courtesy from their scheduling team was a major letdown and a huge waste of time. We could have scheduled another plumber in the time they drug us on.

After bidding a job and having their plumber come out for a cleaning, he informed us of rotting pipes. After attempting several times to schedule the repair of the pipes we were informed by the scheduler that they would have no availability for our project. When asked why they provided no reasonable explanation.

Jordan rescued us today on his day off! Our cistern pump and pressure tank needed replacing and he got it all done and more in very short professional and efficient order. Would highly recommend Sutton Plumbing. Called on Friday morning about our underground pipe leak and by evening we were back in business! I had already dug up the potential problem area but Jordan and his assistant were quick to identify the issue and replace everything. Within a few hours all was well and didn't cost us an arm and a leg, very knowledgeable people from top to bottom. Will always call Sutton for any plumbing issues.

I am a real customer and they go beyond to solve your problem, even if u realize u may have to delay payment a bit. Just be honest and upfront. Ok now its 9/4/24 and woke up to another well issue (note Jordan told me last year my old pump was on its last legs), called Stacy and she has Jordan come out and handle the problem efficiently and quickly, in fact I had too run out and when got back home Jordan had the old pump out. Again I can only say thanks you to that Sutton Team

Jordan came by to help us. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets. Wow! Quickly done, put in shutoff valves, upgraded the drain in the bathroom sink. Very kind and cooperative. The bill was quite reasonable. Every so often a good surprise happens in Williams! Love it!,,
