You get a door at your appointment time. It's an incredible walk to the Receiving Office. Once you pay the lumper his weekly salary, they require you stay in their office area for up to 30 minutes! Oh also, no chairs to sit in! Had to sit on the ground due to my hip and knee pain The only reason they get 1 star is they got a restroom. Disgusting, but it's there.

I read the reviews so i decided to come 20 mins before my appointment. If they gonna take hours to unload i might aswell get detention. Guard opened the doors as soon as i arrived, i parked and walk towards them. After check in with them, they told me to wait for a call to get a door. I got a door 10 mins later.

After docking i entered the checking office and just waited at the window for the lady to take me in. I stood there for almost 10 mins the she took my paperwork. They began unloading soon after 2h and it took them 3h to finish. 5h later i got a call to pay the lumpers which was quite high at over $500. It took me 1h to get my paperwork.

In the lumper receipt it read that they had to restack 10 pallets so thats why the lumper was so high. I took pics beforehand so i knew it was not on me. My load was 100% intact but idk, i dont pay the lumper fees. I took pics to protect myself if anything. I asked another dude how much he paid and said $300 but he only had a partial load of 7 pallets and he has been here longer than me.

Overall is below avg facility, but if you gonna deliver here, cancel your next pickup appointment for the day and bring lunch. Dry van is on the far end of the building and Refeers are close to the guardshack.

Btw they gonna mark your check in time not as soon as you enter the Check in office but when the lady at the front window stops playing with the phone and check you in. I arrived at 9:40am and my check in time says it was 10:10am which is 10 mins late for my 10am appointment.

All of the negative reviews are spot on. I had a 5:00am appointment and I’m still getting unloaded at 12:17pm! Total CLOWN SHOW. I will never be back. What a dump. You can come in at about 3am and park to the right of the guard shack. The docks are easy to get in and out of. I got here at 4:10am. I wish zero stars were an option.

I arrived early for my 6 AM appointment at 5 AM, but didn’t get a door until 7:15 AM. It’s now 11 AM, and I’m still waiting to be unloaded, which will cause me to miss my next load. I’ve had to visit their office several times to follow up on the situation. This has been a very frustrating and disorganized experience. I would advise considering other options.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IF YOU HAVE A LOAD COMING HERE, CANCEL IT!

I read the reviews and they are not wrong .got here at 730 am. 930 appt and 1030 am in the door and 6hr 45mins before empty and you have to pay a hefty lumper fee for this awsome service. . WILL NOT . WILL NOT ever take another load to sysco.

Come here pretty often but luckily I’m hourly pay. Average wait time from the time you bump the dock is 5-8 hours..today has been nearly 9 hours. I’m the last truck left in the docks and I’ve been sitting here waiting for paperwork for 45 mins (which is usual). If your OTR trust me these reviews are not some disgruntled drivers this is literally the norm with this place. You will waste at least half of your clock here.

Super slow. Get ready to sit and wait for your BOL's for at least 2 hrs.
6 pallets took over 3 hrs.
Management needs an update. Lady at the gate seems like she's angry at the world.
What a clown show.
Dear Sysco wake up and treat the Truck drivers a little better and do your job much better. You're a joke.

Door 4:30am
Was 2nd truck to get on docks
About 6am there were about 25 more trucks and 7 of them red light but not me.
Went to the office and asked why.
Was told that those trucks docked before me but it was not true and for that minus 1 star.
Right after our conversation my 9 pallets were out in 30 min.
No lumper for this account.
