Definitely will be coming back! Great service! Price was reasonable and affordable for an oil change. The staff was professional and knowledgeable as I had questions. They were able to go across the street and get the filter needed. Compared to other places, this was definitely a better deal and find. Most importantly, prices are upfront posted so there are no surprises.

Had an amazing experience. It was my 1st time going. The guys explained everything they were doing before it was done. Gave me all recommendations for my vehicle but didn't push them on me. Ryan even helped me put in my new cabin air filter because I had no idea nor did the guys at advanced auto parts how to even open my glove box!! Needless to say I will 200% be going back for all my oil changes.

Went in for an oil change early in the morning with my fiancé in his car as well. Amazing fast and friendly service. Topped off our washer fluid and checked our wipers and replaced as well when they saw they needed them. Would absolutely go again and recommend to those I know

Went to Take 5 for the first time last month. I was greeted very nicely by a worker who was very quick to assess the oil I needed. The oil change was quick and went very smoothly. One week later, My car said that the oil level was at its minimum. I called up take five in Groton immediately to tell them. I had ridden only 500 miles since my oil change so there was no way that my oil burned that quick. They were very understanding of the situation and immediately told me to come down to their Shop. I spoke with the manager on the matter, and he determined that my drain plug was not put in properly. This was due to a coworker who quit earlier that month. They were very nice about it and changed my oil, drain plug and oil filter FOR FREE! THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! A lot of businesses these days blame the customer for something that goes wrong, but take five is different. They took full responsibility for what happened and changed everything out for free. Since then, it’s been a week. I’ve checked my oil level multiple times and it’s perfect. I recommend anyone who’s trying to get a quick oil job to go here.

Both Bobby and Jailen (incorrect spelling I’m sure) were friendly, polite, and respectful. They both took the job seriously and had good communication skills as far as what is needed now, and would be helpful soon. I’ll be getting my oil changed at TAKE 5 from now on!!!!!

Paid 145 dollars for an oil change on my Silverado 1500. That’s the most I ever ever paid for an oil change on my truck. Valvoline, less than a mile down the road charges 120. No complaints about the employees at all, nice guys.
