Great experience with Tam Bay Construction. We needed to have our 30 year old aluminum siding replaced in (3) Gables on our home. We chose to do Hardie plank siding. Dave (the Owner) and Steve quoted the job for me, I added some things, took some things away and then added back something. So they ended up quoting the job four times and were so pleasant about it. We hired them and they finished it yesterday. We couldn’t be more pleased. Steve, their lead guy, is a gem. He is so kind, knowledgeable, patient and just a generally nice guy. Steve’s team: Brenton, Aaron and Andy were great too. I ask a-lot of questions and they were all happy to answer them. 😊 So respectful! They were hard workers and left the jobsite clean every day. We are so happy with our new siding and would absolutely recommend them. I know they also do interior jobs and would not hesitate to consider them for that in the future. The gal running their office (Kelly) was easy to work with as well! Great job Tam Bay! Thank you!

Highly recommend Tam Bay Construction for all of your home remodeling needs. After we had a water leak in our kitchen and remediation, we needed a whole new kitchen remodel. Everyone was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Traci in the office was on top of all communication every step of the way from assisting in picking out kitchen counters, cabinets, and backsplash to letting us know a timeline of events every step of the way. I know initially my wife and I were quite stressed dealing with the challenges of an unexpected kitchen leak turned remodel and Traci was still very patient and informative every step of the way which we really appreciate.The crew Steve and Riley showed up on time and went to work every day they came. They were polite and friendly and so great to deal with and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We didn’t even know they were there sometimes as we work from home and they weren’t noisy much. The owner Dave is very much hands on as he stopped by several times throughout the remodel checking in and keeping us informed also and answering any questions we may have had. There was never an issue getting in touch with him if we ever needed to. Very honest and reliable company and so grateful they handled our remodel for us. Our kitchen turned out amazing and we’ve gotten so many compliments and would definitely use for any home construction needs.

Dave, Steve, robert, and all of the other folks that work at Tam Bay were great. They did their work quickly kept the workplace very clean and helped us select new flooring. Steve and Michael did a great job of installing the floor and handling all the finishing touches. Robert suggested we add cleaning our ducts to the project, and it was well worth it. Andy and Carl did the cleaning and everything looks great. Last but not least Traci kept us posted on the schedule and timeline. Would highly recommend them.

This is a highly professional company and very reliable; Dave and everyone that worked in my house were highly knowledgeable about construction; they tackled my house problem when other companies refused to do it because of the complexity involved; the cost of this repair and construction was much less than I anticipated; in short, I highly recommend them for any construction project; they will be my number one choice in the future.

A big thank you to David Adam’s and his crew Steve, Traci, Andy, Robert, and Mike. One call got it all. Tub drain on 2nd floor leaked causing the ceiling to fall out in 1st floor bathroom. They fixed the tub drain and repaired the ceiling. Never know there was an issue.
