Went to TAP to have a large movie poster mounted. Salesman measured the poster and we decided on the mounting. We were told they’d mount it and it would be ready in a few days. They took the poster and we signed a waiver so they could mount it. Total bill was nearly $500.

I went back to pick it up. What they tried to give me was 2 dirty dusty pieces of plastic with nothing mounted. The mounting holes still had shavings on them and it was definitely not a $500 job. They said that they never agreed to mount the item. When I asked them why they kept the artwork and we signed a damaged waiver they didn’t have an answer. I refused to take possession

The manager was apologetic and asked for time to correct the situation and I agreed. She later spoke to my wife and they agreed that they would bevel the edges at no cost but they would not mount the art.

I picked up the plastic and when we tried to mount it, we discovered it was cut way off. 4” on the side. It wasn’t even close.

I arranged for a return for a full refund. I bought the plastic but forgot the hardware. I asked if we could just do one full refund and not have to do 2 transactions. I’d bring in the hardware in a couple hours. Nope, they didn’t trust me to do that. After all that. They didn’t trust me. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but that really set me off.

TAP plastics totally messed up everything, every detail. Not a single detail was done correctly. Do not trust them with custom work. They can’t even read a tape measure and they don’t do what they say they will do.

I love this place. So helpful and friendly. I needed to replace patio furniture tabletops with acrylic and it was so fast and easy. They helped guide me to the best, most economical option and didn’t push or try to upsell in any way. The end result looks even better than I hoped! Highly, highly recommend!

Delighted by my first visit to TAP Plastics! Teejay, the manager, was able to answer all of my questions (the more materials I looked at, the more questions I had) and T he team communicated well. They were able to help me out with my very small project while I waited. Will be going back for more creative solutions!

Excellent place to come for any of your plastic needs. I came in with a sketch and dimensions of a cover I needed cut for an aquarium sump and they were able to get it cut out with 100% accuracy in a matter of minutes. I'll definitely be coming back for anything else I may need. Thank you!

Dude! This place is awesome. From Madi at the front to the cutter AC in the back, all crazy friendly and helpful people. Home depot and friedmans cannot possibly, and absolutely do not compete with this. Don’t go changing.
