These guys did awesome job on our roof. Jason and Matt were very informative and simple throughout the whole process. Their roofers completed our entire roof in a day and a half. They did a thorough job cleaning up, leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Taylor Services was fantastic! The new fortified roof and some additional work also got me a HUGE discount on my homeowners insurance ! Something unusual in this world we live in today.
About six months ago, I had them replace the roof on both my house and garage with a “Fortified roof system”. From start to finish the process was painless with good communication from all involved . Pricing was fair , especially with the First Responder discount they applied. The workmanship is excellent and was done when they said it would be done, at the agreed upon price, with the crew completing the job in one day. Strip off, install new fortified roof and haul away debris , leaving a perfectly clean Jobsite. They also repaired all damaged wood and some issues hidden from when my house was first built that we did not know about.
Communication - great, pricing - fair, craftsmanship - excellent, clean up - excellent.
Taylor and their crew set the bar high leaving me with a fantastic looking roof that has a Great warranty.
I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Taylor Made Services is a fantastic company. From the initial contact I received a visit and great priced quote within 1 day from Craig, their field inspector and field rep. The owner Mike and project manager came by before starting th job to answer any questions I might have and review the scope of work. The job was scheduled and completed exactly on the day and time promised which was much appreciated. The workers were very skilled and fixed any problems with the decking that were found before installing the new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Taylor Made for any work in the future. Thank you for making this a smooth process and for the beautiful new roof.

There is not enough good things to say about Taylor Made Services Roofing, LLC…I have been struggling with trying to get a new roof for almost 2 years. TMSR came and immediately got the job done. Matt was great he effectively communicated with me through the entire process explaining in detail every move. The crew was quick and cleaned up everything afterwards. My existing roof was about 20 years old and beginning to leak. The crew showed up, repaired the damage and installed a new roof in one day. The price was very competitive with other quotes I received. The new roof looks amazing. There wasn't any trash in my yard after they cleaned up. I'm so glad I went with Taylor Made Services to get a Fortified roof following Hurricane Ida. The company made the whole experience super easy from the day they showed up to do the inspection to the day I was able to send in my final payment after I got my repair loan from the Small Business Association. Getting insurance and relief funds is not an easy or quick process, and Taylor Made Services was kind enough to trust that I would send them the money when I could without pressuring me to pay in full immediately. I couldn't be happier with the roof. It looks great, they got all the work done in one day and I feel better knowing I'll face the next hurricane season with a stronger roof. I wish the company could do more than roofing in Louisiana because I would give them all of my repair business!
