This is a Cave Junction delicacy with outstanding food. I love their Taylor Dogs and other variations such as the Cheddar dog. But this visit I decided to order the French Dip sandwich and it was only ok but maybe it’s because I just don’t like French Dip sandwiches because I never had one I liked before. My wife got the ribs and they were fantastic and the fries were out of this world crunchy and delicious!! A little disappointed by the kids Mac and cheese as it seemed like Kraft out of a box but I guess that’s to be expected for kids meals. My son loved it anyway! And during the lunch rush we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order which was a bit of a long wait but it was worth it. The atmosphere of the country store was awesome and we even got some gifts to bring back home with us. Their house made cookies were excellent too and only $1.50 each!!!

Stopped in for a quick lunch after exploring the cave, before heading north. The line moved quickly, but there was a wait for your food. Really appreciated the convenience store selection of beverages as we were on the road and could easily take them to go, post lunch. Ordered the polish and cheese dog, they didn’t come out very hot, preferred the cheese dog. My partner ordered the French dip lunch basket and enjoyed it. The au jus was delicious. The fresh cookies were soft and affordable. We’d recommend and return.

This store was a recommendation & we are so glad we stopped! Biggest Beef Jerky selection ever & delicious!! We ordered a 2 Deck Club Sandwich, definitely shareable!! We also bought chips & local wine for a picnic.

Very tasty offerings at Taylor’s. A huge selection of meats, cheeses and other items. This is a must stop when in this area of Oregon. Many people we met said you gotta go there and that it’s hard to say what’s best there cause it’s all pretty good. They were right and we bought some savory bites for our snacking on our trip. Grab breakfast or lunch too if able, all is very good.

I moved back to IL about a year ago and I almost want to uproot my life to move back just for the quality local meat here at Taylors Sausage- love everything I've ever gotten here, even some of the meats I'm not typically fond of!
Friendly, kind staff, they LOVE regulars (they treat everyone kindly, and fairly don't worry! 🙂 they just know when they know your face and it's always nice to feel at home at the local shop!) theyre extremely helpful, knowledgeable, conversational, efficient... I could go on, but you get my point 🙂 they're wonderful, from the butchers to the cashier's!
BEST JERKY I've EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF TRYING!!! Seriously!
The vibe in the store is great! Super chill, looks great, kinda modern kinda country- they keep it clean and organized and the way it's put together just makes you want to hang out inside and soak it all up!
Side note; do you guys mail things out? Really thinking about trying to put an order in, but I don't want to waste your time!

Chose this place to try a little something different on our road trip thru Cave Junction. They have lots of deli meats, meat snacks, country store items, and hot food. You can eat in or takeaway.

The hot dogs were good, French fries were surprisingly super good and the potato salad was good - but be warned there are olives in it! We also bought some local honey in two flavors.

Be forewarned, this place is not speedy so even if you’re ordering takeout, it’s gonna take quite awhile!

We eat lunch here about every 2 months. This review is for the prepared food, not the store which has lot of meats of all types.
Stand in line, shout an order, pay and wait for someone to come out with the food. Noisy and lots going on if you like a lively place. Friday lunch is busy so we came at 1:45 PM. After waiting for the food to be ready, they bring out the fries and announce they do not have the bratwurst I ordered. None thawed to be cooked. This is a place that makes sausage and they are out? And that what they serve is thawed from frozen? I had to choose from what was available, a luke warm Hungarian, which tasted fine.
Prior visit they bring out the bratwurst 5 minutes before the sweet potato fries are ready. Eat the brat without fries or wait and eat a cold dog. How hard could it be, anyway?
Want a tub of catsup? No problem but they did not stock the little plastic tubs so had to make a pile instead. They are rough around the edges but maybe the 'country style' is the theme.
