The product at Taylor's sausage has definitely gotten better but the staff are still not great to each other. I've heard from some employees that they were written up for doing what was expected of them.

The best German sausage sticks I've ever eaten! It's a good thing I don't live closer or I would have died from a heart attack years ago. The sausages they make are just that good. The jerky is also wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sausage, jerky and all kinds of meats!

Best quality you can find. Several local restaurants serve they're products for a reason. If you want great service and quality products then this is your place. Sandwiches are huge and made to order. It is cheaper to buy the sandwich than the meat itself. Great job folks, keep up the amazing work!

This place was a happenstance find while we were in town for the Great Cats of the World Park. Their food is awesome. I say that I am lucky they are 3+hours away or I would pack on 50 lbs...easily as their biscuits and gravy are unbeatable.

Now it is part of our ritual for trips down to the cat park. We hold up in Grants Pass for the night...then drive the 30ish miles to Cave Junction in the morning, stopping here for breakfast before getting to see the kitties

Also...the last time...we took a cooler and bought all sorts if meat from them as thrir prices are amazing

Best restaurant in southern Oregon by far. They have an awesome selection of sausages and meats that surpasses any common butcher. Very friendly staff and speedy service, this place will have you coming back for more.

Like to tell ones about my experience directly to them. Unable to find an email contact, so must tell through review. We ate the turkey polish sausage tonight grilled. Realized when opening that it was stuffed with hog casing. Seems to defeat the purpose of eating turkey meat. Casing was sooooo tough could barely cut with a serrated steak knife. Wife cut around the casing. To narley for her to chew. We enjoyed their bacon and Jerky but run away from anything with their hog casing. Would have told Taylor's by email but had to tell the world instead since they had no email address in contact. Sorry guys but threw 2 of the 4 sausages away. Took picture of them in trash can to share but no place to send.

I grew up cutting meat and making sausage as my father had a custom meat processing business, and I can tell you that Taylor sausage is dry and tasteless because they don't put enough fat in their mix. Americans are hung up on "low fat" hype, but low fat sausage is garbage.
