I can’t not take time to leave a review for Shana at Nextech. She skipped her lunch hour to meet with me…I called to ask when she had an appointment & she said “just come on over & let’s work on whatever you need now.” The phone service has been good so far, no complaints. Shana was kind & helpful & gave me time to think about decisions I needed to make. It is very convenient to have my phone service provider in the town I live in & available to help in person if I need it.

Shana is great! She is incredibly helpful to my mother and very patient. Definitely a different experience than any other cellular phone store I’ve been in! My mother has no idea how good she has it with Shana there. ❤️
