UPDATED REVIEW: 5-star. After the original review below was posted, we received dramatically improved customer service. Multiple people (technical and sales) at TEC Associates have expressed their apologies and have been very helpful for the past three weeks. Based on our more recent experiences, I would rate them 5-stars; however, I am keeping the overall rating at 3-star due to the initial poor customer experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1-star. We purchased a 5610 Tecreps Semi-automatic Wire Bonder from TEC Associates in Spring 2022. They were helpful with that initial purchase and training. HOWEVER, we have been unable to get our technical questions answered and unable to purchase any supporting tool and supplies. Both their sales team and technical support are highly unresponsive.
