I am still getting bills even though they have not picked up trash since October. I have all months through October paid for.

What you say is not true. The dumpster sat there all of November with trash. I have proof from the bank that I actually paid for 11 months. Too bad I only got 10 months of service. The last payment I sent to you stated that trash had not been picked up and that we did not want to continue service we were not receiving. Dave called to tell you to pick up the dumpster. Not sure how you got from that we wanted to keep paying you for not collecting the trash

The men on the truck are very friendly and professional. I set my trash out the night before and during the night someone or something knocked it over and spilled it. The next morning the truck pulled up and the guys picked up the mess and took all away. I call that service. Thanks guys!!

Crappy, miss you half the time, say you did not have it out when you did, watch them drive by. Only servicer in my area. NOT HAPPY!
