We Had an Emergency in ZIP 92604 – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
Terminix used to provide professional and high-quality service, but this recent experience was unacceptable. We had an emergency and scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up to assess the situation. I followed up with two phone calls, and even the phone representative was shocked at the lack of response. Despite paying for this service every month, no one took responsibility, and the appointment was canceled a second time without any clear communication. This is sickening and irresponsible. In a time-sensitive situation, we expected reliability and professionalism—sadly, Terminix failed on both fronts.

We have worked with Ivan from Terminix for over a year now and are very happy with Terminix!
Thanks to Ivan, we do not have any pest problems that our neighbors do throughout the year, even during the active pest seasons. Ivan is professional, pleasant to talk to, and very prompt even when we have a minor pest issues. Also, we can trust him as he will aways give honest opinion and never try to sell products like other pest companies sometimes do.
We are very happy with Terminix and would recommend to anyone who wants reliable pest control.

Mike our Terminex technician has always been respectful when he comes to our apartment building for service.
We set up an appointment quarterly to have our units sprayed inside and out. Mike has always given me a timeframe and then he will call or text me 20 minutes before he arrives so I can meet him instead of waiting at the property for hours. Our tenants feel comfortable with him entering their apartment.
I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for pest control.

Terminex was a huge help at our 500+ resident property!!! I attribute a lot of the success to the techs that came out to our site. Very very knowledgeable and professional in taking care of our pest problem in a discrete manner. One tech Remi was incredibly helpful in communicating and sharing his process and successfully taking care of the issue, and on such a large property with multiple issue areas!!! I highly recommend this company, and be sure to ask for Remi!!
