Gustavo and his crew were fabulous. Gus gave us a quote the day after seeing our bathroom. It was detailed and itemized. Made it very easy to see what we were paying for and when payments were due. They were timely in all steps of the project and the tile work was exceptional! We are already saving money to remodel the kitchen and will be calling Terra Valley again.

We had a very disappointing experience with this construction company. The workers consistently left trash all over the site, and even after bringing it to their boss’s attention, nothing changed. They made several promises, including specific layouts and adding a big window in the kitchen, but failed to deliver. The rooms were poorly painted, with uneven finishes and visible patches.

On top of that, the workers were careless about my dog. Despite repeatedly asking them to be mindful, they left gates open, allowing my dog to escape multiple times. This was extremely stressful and showed a lack of consideration.

They also treated my brand-new shower and tub carelessly, leaving tools in them that caused scratches. They claimed to fix the damage, but the paint they used didn’t match, making the scratches even more noticeable. To make matters worse, they didn’t line the tub with a proper silicone seal, meaning every time I showered, water likely seeped into the foundation of our newly built rooms, causing potential water damage.

The cottage they built in the backyard is already showing water damage because it wasn’t put on a proper cement foundation. I’ve tried reaching out to them recently for resolution, but they haven’t responded. This company is unprofessional, careless, and lacks follow-through. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your construction needs.

We high recommend this company. When our house flooded they came in and rebuilt from the bottom up. Everything was completed as promised. The owners listens to the clients concern and take care of it. They made going through a difficult time much easier. Thank you for the amazing job!
