Had a heifer processed here and will definitely use them again. One of the few processors I've talked to that hangs your beef for more than a couple of days without a surcharge. Meat was cut very well, and just how we asked for it.

Clean facilities, reasonable prices, good service. Our butcher cancelled our slaughter date for our hog at the last minute and Texline Meats squeezed us in despite being very busy. They did a great job on our hog. The sausage is delicious and everything is just the way I wanted it. Will definitely use them again in the future!
