The "3rd place" you've been looking for. We'll, that is, if you love books, cozy atmosphere, great people, lovely tea offerings, localally roasted coffee, plants you can create a home for and live music. Oh, and D&D, and fun things like Terrarium building, like, what?! Anyway, this is the place to go for finding a place to chill, and let your creativity be inspired. Highly recommend 👌 👍

What a beautiful place! Went in for a day date with my fiancé and we really enjoyed our time. Great book new and used, loose tea corner, chess, locally sourced soaps and herbs. So much to take in and enjoy. Wish I could’ve stayed all day! Happy to have something like this in NL!❤️

The owner Wendy is one of a kind, true, smart business women. I’ve known her for years and where as I haven’t visited YET, she deserves all the recognition in the world for what she does at her shop. It is more than just a book store— she does events, is involved with her community, and deeply cares. I’m so inspired by her each and everyday to do better in my own business. I highly reccomend this place to anyone in the area or if you’re visiting!

An INCREDIBLY underrated shop. I was having a bad day and my friend invited me to visit this place for the first time and the vibes instantly soothed me. They had a mini plant bar, they sell coffee, a nice curation of books for sale, lovely tea, a piano to play, art from local artists. The curation in this shop was clearly well thought out and a lot of love has gone into this shop.
It gives me alt 90s vibes, there was a group of people just sitting around drinking tea and chatting and they're very open to new people to just stumble in and join in on the atmosphere. I wish the world had more places like this that didn't make you feel like you just need to buy something and get out.

Please support this local shop because the community NEEDS more places like this. ❤️

Since this place opened, I stop in almost everyday just to see the inventory of old and new used books! I bought one today from the early 1900's and I'm in love!!! The shop has everything you could ever hope for; you can browse the many books, you can build your own terrariums, there are fresh herbal teas, incense, sage & crystals and much more!! I'm so excited to have a place to go sit and read or get in a nice board game. The owner Wendy is one of the most amazing women I have ever met! She often has her family there and they too are phenomenal people. Its great to have something like this right in downtown. 10/10

Also there may or may not be a piano you can play, that just sounds lovely.

Great store/coffee, tea shop! They have planting your own plants, new and used books, drinks, books, gifts, and all in a great atmosphere! The owners are so friendly! They have live music and writing groups. It's a great place to check out and stay for a while!

Wendy and Peter were so inviting to my first time visiting. I loved all of the owl themed curios and the lounge areas they had set up, the atmosphere makes you want to spend the whole evening there. I only bought my daughter a variety of incense (which she loved), next time we are in the neighborhood I'll have to bring my kids!
