Customer service was not good. Went in about part of my order being broken in transit. Went in and the rep asked if I wanted to pick up the other part I said no I’ll wait for the whole order. No problem I leave and they marked the order as picked up. I come back an hour later and the lady says sorry you picked it up can’t do anything about it. And another lady walks up and says oops that was me. The other lady doesn’t say sorry and says our system glitches when she tried to accuse me of picking it up and then doesn’t admit it was a mistake. Would not order to this store anymore.

Paid $35 for nothing! Anthony Warren, a rep from Home Depot, came out and looked at the floor and asked us more questions than he had answers! He was absolutely no help at all. How are you providing an estimate, but know nothing about the job in which you are providing the estimate for. He did not come with any samples, recommendations, and provided no estimate. A complete and total waste.

I love the Home Depot in Trussville. When I say awesome service, awesome service..you can walk in the store and feel comfortable. The sales associate is the best, I had a problem with getting a new mailbox ? for my home. The sale associate went above and beyond 2 help me with my problem. The cashier was wonderful...I ❤️ the home depot In Trussville.

I was getting wood to build a deck for my mom. It took longer than I expected because I had to pick through the wood to make sure it wasn't warped or have too many knots in it. It also took a while longer to get someone to drop down more wood to check out. I did get everything I needed to get the job done, but was greatly disappointed that y'all didn't give me a veterans discount on the lumber. I get one on just about everything else.

I went in Home Depot three days in a row. An Associate name Toni was helping me with bolts and screws in Hardware. One day I got wrong size screw and the second day I came back but Toni was there to help no matter what . She had a humble altitude and did not rush me when I ask Questions. She went upbove and beyond to help me find the right size screws for the crib. Tell Toni I finished the crib thanks to her. I offer her money but she refused to take it. Tell her thanks
