This is such a great place to grub out. The pizza is cooked to order in a lovely brick oven that you can see from your table. You order your own stuff and there are no servers (may be different for evenings, weekends or during live music) they have an automatic tap with many, many selections of beers to choose from. There is a stage indoors for the colder weather and outdoors on the patio for those warmer evenings. They have a separate counter for specialty coffees(they also offer your regular drips and such) the decor is fun!

We were road trippin from
Denver to Oklahoma and decided to stop here to break up the trip.

So crazy to find a place like this in such a random small town in Kansas!

They absolutely know how to cook a pizza. The crust was big and bubbly with a slight char. Perfection!

Their ice cream is amazing. Beer selection is a lot of fun, live music and I grabbed an Americano on my way out to finish our drive.

So perfect. Keep it up! Don’t let anyone shame you because your crust is “too big”. It’s perfect. Some people don’t know what good crust is. But you nailed it!!

This place was great! The pizza and salad were on point and the atmosphere was really nice. I love that you can get beer on one side and coffee on the other. However, the wings were not crisp but soggy.

Such a cool bar and pizza spot! The patio was so cool and the live music was great! The beer taps you poured yourself were awesome and the staff was super helpful and always there to help as well! The pizza was amazing and is also neat to see how they cook the pizzas! I definitely will be back again! This place is a definite must see!

This is a great place! Mound Ridge is lucky to have this restaurant in their city. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pizza we had (Bees Knees) was the bomb! It is tasty but light and the crust was done to perfection! The really cool part is the beer taps on the wall. There are around 30 taps and you pay by the ounce. (It is a self serve style pub.) There is also a coffee bar with really tasty drinks. If you are in the are or even close by it is worth the stop!

This restaurant is a 45 min ride from my house BUT well worth it. The hostess was so friendly and helpful explaining about how everything works at the restaurant. You order at the cash register the food you want and they give you like a credit card to go to the beer taps- 15 draft beers, 6 wines & a hand full of ciders which are self-service. They have a huge TV 12'×10' to watch sports on or whatever. They have a bunch of good appetizers but specialized in hand tossed Wood Fired Pizza. We had four different pizzas and each one of them was excellent. They have wings, salads and sandwiches too.They also have a ice cream bar and coffee shop that has pastries if you're in town at 7:00 in the morning when they open.
Hope y'all like this place as much as we did.

It’s delicious and a great location for families and small groups. My father in law compares every pizza to the one he got at The Hub. He’ll say it’s good “but it’s not as good as that place we went in Kansas”.

Great fresh ingredients, we’ve had the Porky Pie pizza and the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. Salad was fresh and good.

The beer is fun but can get expensive fast. It’s a great selection and it’s a lot of fun if you want to try a little of everything, you can do flights or half pints pretty easily.

They got this place all fixed up really neat. The service was alright but not exceptional. The pizza was delicious, but it would be better if the crust area around the edges wasn't so wide. A lot of crust with no meat or sauce. The crust is good. I would just rather not have my so much wasted crust. The ice cream was also delicious.
