My husband and I had such a fantastic experience at The Piccolina Shop! We went there when we found out we were expecting and they spent an hour with us going through our car seat and stroller options!

Today, we picked up the stroller and car seat! They put everything together, helped us install the car seat, and showed us all of the parts of our stroller!

Highly recommend working with them for any of your baby needs!

My husband and I stumbled upon The Piccolina Shop while walking in Greenwich, and ended up spending a bunch of time there learning about different types of strollers & trying them out - all of the ladies were wonderful in helping us decide on the right fit. They also put together our stroller for us once it was delivered & the entire process was quick & seamless! Highly recommend - plus everything in the shop is so very cute! Will definitely be coming back to buy more.

The Piccolina Shop has become our favorite for baby essentials! The clothes are super gorgeous, high quality, and they have so many cute options for girls that are not pink, (which I love).
The service is amazing as well. Alejandra took the time to understand our family's needs and recommended the perfect stroller. They even offer car seat installation assistance for added safety.

Today was my first time at The Piccolina Shop store, it's a super nice store. I met one of the owners Alejandra who was very attentive and kind at all times. The most interesting thing was to see the organization they have with the side walk sales today, each box specified the price and the size. The quality of the clothes is excellent.

We found this baby store when we were starting to research car seats. We went in on a weekend since they were the only local store that had all of the options that we were considering and I'm so grateful we found them. From the first day that we went in a spoke to Alejandra they have been nothing short of amazing! They walked us through the pros and cons of each option without being pushy at all. When we made a decision and purchased our car seat and stroller they were able to hold everything until we were ready to pick it up and even assembled the stroller for us. They are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, everyone we have dealt with at the shop has gone above and beyond to help answer all of our questions. We'll definitely continue to shop with them and send our friends.

I greatly appreciate Lena and her costumer service is over the top(in a good way) Lena kept me in the loop with my stroller being on back order and stuck in a crate, she was concerned that it might not come in time for my baby's arrival. She was so generous with giving me a complimentary stroller free of charge! She didn't have to do this... I work in the costumer service industry, and i can say she is one of the best and understands the importance in making her clients happy with their shopping experience. Thank you again Lena, i will be recommending my friends and family to you in the near future.

This shop is a lovely addition to Greenwich. The service is top notch and the selection is one of a kind. I’ve shopped here on a few occasions for daughters and for baby gifts. The staff is super helpful and provided amazing suggestions. I was most impressed with their strollers and car seats. In a world that gives you every option under the sun they only have the best of the best at each price point. Not only did they suggest the best option after I explained my lifestyle, they also gave me a quick demo. The world needs more of this, especially for busy moms! So happy to have them as my go to spot in store and online!
