This place is crap. First don't be fooled by the pictures. It's run down and ugly. Secondly, they kicked my son out after a week. They tried to take him off his Suboxone in a week and refused to titrate slower claiming some protocol bs. As you would expect this agitated him and they claimed he was volatile and needed to leave. Kicked him to the curb literally and made him wait there while it took us over an hour to get to him. Because he was only there for a week they owe us almost $1000 refund and 5 months later still nothing and no response from the person we had been communicating with about the refund. I want our money back!

If you love your family DO NOT LET THEM GO HERE. My dad went for treatment and had paranoia and hallucinations with the withdraws. The facility let him leave in the night, where he passed away that evening since he was on his own in a bad state. Please please I urge you to go anywhere else.

Do not come here if you’re having severe alcohol withdrawals. My cousin went unresponsive yesterday due to their negligence of not providing meds when needed. They sent him to the hospital and when he was released back to their care they had medically discharged him telling him he had to leave the facility. They packed his belongings and didn’t offer him a ride and wouldn’t allow him to wait at the facility to find a ride at 8pm. He had to walk to a Dollar General to wait for a ride in the middle of nowhere. Once he checked his belongings he realized they didn’t give him the medicine he brought in from his PCP. We’ve called and left messages but they won’t respond. Unfortunately, he will probably have to go back to the hospital today because he may have a seizure. They could’ve helped him find a facility that could handle his level of care, instead they discharged him with no guidance and no medication. I’ve contacted an attorney as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. ?

Father in law checked in for support with sleeping medications and while detoxing was experiencing hallucinations which are a common side effect. Instead of providing the support he needed during his stay the facility allowed him to leave while going through these dangerous withdrawals causing him to wander around an unknown city in the heat with a dead cellphone.

They help ONLY Help WHEN YOUR THERE. I WENT HOME AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BRUTAL WITHDRAW FROM METHADONE. I GAVE THEM A GREAT REVIEW BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSE I WAS FEELING GOOD. THESE PEOPLE are trying. To get ahead of the cost they have lost from the person who was responsible. He stole millions from this place.im appreciated of the service however they do not put you up for what to expect
