One of the best food trucks I've ever been to. Between the 3 of us we had the Havana burrito, pan con Vaquito and the Cubano sandwich. I had the Havana burrito with grilled shrimp, it was excellent!

If you’re ever in Bishop, do yourself a favor and stop by this incredible Latin fusion food truck! Their Pinche Fries are out of this world—crispy, flavorful, and loaded with all the right toppings. And the Havana Burrito? An absolute must-try. Every bite is packed with bold, delicious flavors that will keep you coming back for more.

Any time we visit or even pass through Bishop, this is the spot for us. Amazing food, great vibes, and flavors that hit just right every time. Highly recommend!

What an amazing treasure of a food truck. Awesome, fast service, and phenomenal food! I highly recommend the Cuban sandwich. Honestly, the best one I can ever remember having (and I've had a lot, including in Cuba).

Great authentic food, big portions and amazing customer service! Delicious homemade drinks came with the food as well. Visiting from Canada and they’ve got my vote to open up a truck on Vancouver Island so we can go again!

So delicious. I highly recommend. Good reviews for a reason. Perfectly made burrito. We had the jefe burrito with steak and were back for a second jefe burrito with Cuban pork when we passed through again. Fast, friendly, and delicious.

The saltado burrito with shrimp was truly fab!!! A burrito honestly greater than the sum of its parts. One eats a lot of burritos in Southern California and this one still stands out! Their spicy salsa put it over the top! Will be back to try the tofu!!!!

The food is very good. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Havana burrito with chicken. We also had the baha fries one with fish and one with shrimp. My husband had some noodles that he was very impressed with as well. So good!! Reasonable prices too. Oh, and their fresh juice is top notch! Highly recommend!
