I recently toured The Standard at Four Corners and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the tour feel personal rather than just another showing.

Samantha Sharkey was who showed me around the tour and she was super knowledgeable about the property, the amenities, and the leasing process, making everything easy to understand. Everyone was patient and never made me feel rushed to sign a lease.

Even though the apartment itself isn't finished yet, the tour was beautiful— it came with everything making the process so much easier and helpful, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The community amenities were also impressive.

The standard provides the best experience one could ask for. The staff were all well prepared with every question I had and the apartment I toured was absolutely beautiful. One of the staff members i was most impressed with was Avani. She completed the experience for me with her positive and exciting attitude. She really was confident and knowledgeable when answering my questions. The standard provided me with an experience that was more than just standard in my book!

I went in to tour The Standard and the staff could not have been more welcoming! In specific, Sam was excellent at showing my roommates and I around and making sure all our questions were answered. We were even able to sit down and eat in our future kitchen! I am so excited to move in in the fall!

I am planning to live at the standard for my senior year - I went in for a tour and was met by their lovely staff. Sydney showed me all of the amenities and floor plans and made me feel confident in my decision.
