Johnny M. Was completely incompetent at performing the basic skills of this job (shipping a package).

After spelling my very simple name MULTIPLE times, he still spelt Baker wrong.

Then when I asked for time frame options expressing this needed to be there by a certain date he starts by stating the cheapest option is….

I said I didn’t ask for the cheapest option.

Upon selecting my shipping preference rather than asking me the contents of my package (not even the safety questions) he declared my package at 0 value I requested it to be changed he sighed and did so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Packaged all over the counters and not labeling in front of us doesn’t give me ANY peace of mind shipping with UPS.

Was kindly greeted by Brenda as soon as I walked in. She was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I came in to return a large item without original packaging and she provided the best solution at the best price.

Brenda went above and beyond. She did more then I could ever ask for and makes me love living here.
Another customer treated her with disrespect and she was gracious and kind anyway. She's a wonderful person and excellent employee!

I drive from Barstow to do business at this particular location. I've been here a few times to drop off Amazon returns and have experienced top-notch customer every time! I have done boxed/labeled returns as well as no box/no label returns. The returns are always processed quickly. The lady with blonde hair is always knowledgeable, efficient, smiling, and goes above and beyond with politeness. Thanks for providing great customer service!! It's appreciated and keeps me coming back.

The lady that notarizes documents here sucks! Missed a few signatures and I still had to pay for her mistake. She couldn’t even waive the fee , that’s literally illegal ? this did happen a few weeks ago and I honestly should’ve filed a complaint.
