We've been ordering from TFD for years, but the experience with our last order has been devastatingly poor.

We've been ordering the same patterned slides for over a decade, and its been no trouble. In July 2021, I put in the same order as always. After a month with no word from them, I was told the order would ship in a week. A month later, I reached out again, and they again tell me it would ship shortly. Despite being told it would ship in August, I only received them in November...and they were patterned incorrectly. The majority of the slides were skewed or offset in a way that made them useless in our work. I reached out to TFD with photos, and they assured me they would send me new ones if I returned the poorly manufactured ones. That was December 2021, and they have since stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Undergraduate students and graduate students have had their work suffer from TFD giving us the run-around.
