Worst customer service I've ever seen in a dealership of any kind. After buying a tractor and mower there a few years ago, I had made several attempts to upgrade to a bigger set up. The salesman would not return calls or messages to even give me prices. I dropped by there twice but no one can help you except Terry, and he was not in either time. I finally caught him on his cell phone and asked if he could get me some firm prices on a tractor and batwing mower. He never even called me back (for the third time). They've got a yard full of millions of dollars in equipment, and one salesman who won't even return calls? The parts guys are rude and less than helpful, too. If you can possibly avoid doing any business there, you'll be doing yourself a favor.
