Basic service, oil change and rotate tires, took 5 hours and when I came to pick it up they charged my credit card for another customer’s bill. They then charged the card again for my services, they said they would reverse the error charge and email me the receipt but they have not yet refunded the mistake. On top of it, once I was done paying (twice) for the service I had to wait another 20+ minutes for my vehicle to be brought out.

After having a bad experience some time ago I gave them a second chance but once again their service was not good. I will not be coming back,

Firstly, I looked at every car manufacturer company and if thorson buick had a good enough deal for me to drive 200 miles round trip and forget about anything else I was looking at, that says something. Second, the hospitality was unmatched the way the employees were nice to my 4 year old giving him coloring pages while I talk paperwork. And lastly, it was greatly appreciated that they didn't leave me a empty gas tank and I believe they knew I was driving far from speaking with them on the phone, so they left me with half a tank of gas to make it home. That was really appreciated after making a rather large purchase so shoutout to aga, the finance people, and the other sales people that answered my phone call the first time. Only regret is I wish I would've took a picture in their caballero showroom car lol. Looked so nice I didn't wanna touch it.

The dealership is small but beautiful. And the 1986 Oldsmobile pickup, yes, PICKUP in the showroom was fun to see. I'd never seen one before and can't even find one online. The staff was fantastic. Freddy was a perfect salesperson for me in that, while I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, he took the time to explain the features and benefits of the entire car, which is saying something because the 2024 model had only been out for less than a month with completely different options than the 2023. He was amazing. Ron in Finance was equally patient in explaining options. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Got more car with the money I spent! I like all the new electronic features. It is a very nice car. This is the first time I bought a Buick, recommended strongly by my family. I have been a Toyota driver all along, my previous 3 cars were Toyota. Hope this Buick will not disappoint me. So far so good!
