Ordered a Thunderheader through ramjet racing on May 8th. It’s now August 28th and still no product. Anyone who knows these systems knows they are not cheap. Continuously told “the heat shields are being sent to chrome” yea for 4 and a half months apparently that’s still the case… don’t waste your time or money buying from here or any company associated with them you won’t get what you ordered. Absolute joke. Happy to take your money though. Go buy from Bassani or any other company for a 2 into 1 exhaust.

I’ve had the thunderheaders on my ST for three months. Not even riden 3,000 miles and the coating is already coming off. Of course i try and find a way to contact them to put a warrenty claim in, and get no response. Charge high end pricing with no customer service…

Horrible customer service - When you call in trying to find out if someday you will ever get your exhaust you ordered months ago the lady is rude and clearly does not care. I love the exhaust, the tone, the design, everything but the terrible brackets... which I'm willing to put up with because of the product but when you treat your customers terribly and then cant even provide a product after months of waiting it gets to be not worth it anymore. Disappointed in the lack of communication / support / customer care and the inability to get the parts you ordered within any sort of time frame.

Its frustrating when you call in and are told that it will be 3 to 4 weeks - pipes are getting sent to chrome and then you call back in 4 weeks and get told the exact some thing.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Last year I ordered a two into one exhaust for my road glide. They said it will be around 12 weeks for build time. I totally understood that and assumed everything would be good. I called at 14 weeks and they said it would be another 12 weeks. So i cancelled the order. Figured i would be upgrading in the spring anyway so just wait. So i bought my new bike and i called and asked specifically if we would run into the same thing as last year and she said no. That they are running around a 12 week lead time. So i scheduled my dyno and install at 16 weeks. My parts manager called again today to check on a customers pipe and my pipe which 3 weeks ago they said it was heading out for chrome finish. She told him that it would be another 12 weeks. Well i called and got nothing but a horrible attitude. All i wanted was an apology for misleading me as i could have had any other pipe i wanted by now but i wanted a thunderheader. i love the sound and the performance they bring. But instead she refused to apologize. Blamed me for being difficult because she lied to me about the lead time on the pipe and tried to blame it on covid and materials even though i specifically asked about those 3 months ago when i placed the order. Well she decided to cancel my order when i didn't curse or yell or do anything but question why she mislead me. Then they refuse to answer the phone. I have paid for the pipe and need to make sure that the refund goes through on a company card and i cant get anyone to answer the phone. She always has a terrible attitude. I don't know who she is but she is the most unpleasant person i have ever dealt with with zero accountability. I truly think with a better person representing your company you could overcome a lot of your issues. Good luck but i will never refer anyone to this company again. Which sucks because it is a wonderful product and one person ruined that for me. Also she said order the D&D pipe and she bet me a Million dollars that it won't come in 12 weeks. Well i just got off the phone with them and they will have a pipe here in 9 weeks. Hope she comes through on that bet!!! I will be calling when the pipe comes in to collect!

By far one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with - Ordered an exhaust and at the time of placing my order it was 3 to 4 weeks out. Now 12 weeks later I still have no tracking no pipe and no customer service. Extremely rude and just overall terrible customer service. For such a well known company its shocking how poorly they do business.

I recently bought a full exhaust pipe for my dyna through my local harley dealership. The very first day I noticed parts of the coating had cracks and was chipping away. Thunder header would not send me a new exhaust pipe and requested I send mine back to them to get recoated. I spoke with one of the representative and explained to them that I use my bike as my daily driver so I can't be without my bike for a long period of time. The lady told me that the place they have their pipes coated is next door and won't take longer than a week. It as been over a month now and I am finally getting my exhaust back. The harley dealership and myself had trouble getting them to return our phone calls. Thunder header is the worst when it comes to warranties.

Love there products but the wait time is almost a year for a pipe. You can’t contact anyone. You can talk to anyone. Just not good customer service

I love the thunder header sound on my vtwin Road king. I'll be getting the newest thunderheader for my 2019 Road King Special very soon.
