Fantastic customer service - I had an issue with a product for an SR-25. I had a few email exchanges with a customer service rep and eventually sent in the trigger for inspection. I ended up receiving a new trigger NQA, extremely easy to deal with. The replacement trigger is performing very well. Pleased with the product - will buy again.

Bought a timney alpha glock gen 5 trigger and had light primer strikes. Known issue with this trigger. Striker drag and safety plunger drag. Modified trigger bar to reduce striker drag and fully known that i voided the warranty. Called them because i still was having safety plunger drag and offered to buy the updated part. Told me i had to buy a whole kit to fix the issue. Lost a customer over a 10 dollar part. Save the headache and get the glock performance trigger with a vex shoe. Will never do business with timney again.

Update: Timney did eventually send me a new trigger, once installed, it functioned beautifully.

However, to get to this point took about a month and a half of back and forth emails with pictures before being sent a replacement. I hope that Timney can do something to fix their customer service so that they are able to have better / faster responses to customers.

First time visiting Timney and had a fantastic time. We ended up purchasing a couple of triggers and my Dad and I received some of the best customer service there is. Megan, thank you so much for your help today you made our visit unforgettable. It was also so awesome to look through the glass doors and see the magic in process.

Very good trigger for an upgrade. Got a kit for my 77/17 but the new sear caused more creep than factory so I ended up filing it down a little. Trigger was supposed to be 2.5 lbs but was actually more like three. Still a great improvement over the factory set up.

Purchased a new trigger from them it ended up braking called they sent me an email with a work order asked if it’s ok if they can send an upgraded trigger great customer service and product they made this warranty very easy will be buying more for my other firearms
