We had an unfortunate experience with Titan Steel Fabricators this past summer. During the install of a 34 foot steel beam for our remodel, their trucks drove over our front yard and flagstone, and our property was thereby extensively damaged. They refused responsibility and cited that they were instructed to drive over the area by our remodeling company, Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel, and therefore not responsible.

Editing this review to respond to the owners response below. The beam was installed in July 2023. There were no special precautions taken to preserve our front yard, as you can clearly see from the photographs (despite the statement that everything possible was done to take care). They also drove over it again "to attempt to flatten' it out. We also have videos of the install and damage. After the damage, we tried for months (and spent countless hours of our personal time weekly from July through the holidays) to get Titan and Murray Lampert to take responsibility and get it fixed, and make us whole. In December, we were told that we would be given a credit to fix it but we had to pay Titan in full. And then we were sent a letter on Titan letterhead and threatened with a lien on our house unless we paid in full. We paid in full and the threat of the lien was released. But we only just recently received a credit (February 2024) from Murray Lampert to repair the front yard damage. Potential customers should know our experience, regardless of how the company feels about it. This should not have taken this long or caused this much distress to any client and their family.

Chris with Titan Steel Fabricators made it quick and simple. He and his team had my order made and ready before I could even get in my truck to head there. Any future needs, this is where I'll be going.

I Googled fabricators in El Cajon, I had a project I was making for my wife. Titan steel came up .met with Chris and went over my design. Hand drawn like a 7 year old at art class. I was making a western hanging piece and the last piece I wanted was a branding iron. YES A BRANDING IRON. I gave all dimensions and materials I wanted, he gave me the price and said possibly next week... fine, 3 maby 4 hours later I received a call that it was completed. He forwarded a picture and let me tell you, it is $%×&ING awesome the material was spot on the rustic look was just what I wanted he cut it on a plasma table and the cuts were perfect. My wife was taken aback by my design for her and I'm extremely pleased that they took my small job, I know where I'm taking my next meter works project I'm thinking steel doors for my gun closet, thank you Titan
