I am out of Kansas City and drive for work. I Had 2 bad tires, belts showing. Called TO Haas to see if they had my tire size. They did. The price was more than reasonable. However, could they get it done in more than reasonable time frame for me to make it back to KC.

YES! They did !! Took maybe 45 min at MOST!!
Absolutely great. Right size, great service and wonderful friendly. What customer service should be.

I recently brought my 2019 Silverado 1500 to T.O. Haas.

At 0800hrs I arrived because of an unusual noise coming from the engine. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional professionalism.
The team promptly attended to my vehicle and assured me they would call with their diagnosis.

True to their word, they called me shortly after lunch time, they identified the issue as being related to the belts.
I authorized the replacement, and their efficient and professional service left me thoroughly impressed.

I showed up Saturday morning to have an alignment done, specifically a camber correction on my 18 f150. The truck had been lowered an inch 1/2 in the front and 3 in the rear and the front wheels were sitting at almost 4 degrees of camber. The camber bolts I had purchased didn’t give enough adjustment and the tech “John” had to spend much more time than anticipated putting my suspension back together and ordering new parts and again taking the suspension back apart and put back together the following Tuesday. He didn’t once complain or tell me it was not fixable like Firestone did. He spent the time to do the research and find the correct parts out of 3 similar parts that would get my wheels back into alignment, even took the time to talk with me a couple different times explaining everything he was doing and his experience lifting and lowering these trucks In particular. He saved me from having to buy adjustable struts and upper control arms which would have run me about $1000 in just parts and likely another $1000 in labor.

Not to mention my truck was kept clean inside which I know sounds like a given, but with the weather conditions and shop floor conditions it’s almost impossible to keep your hands pants and boots clean.

There was an unfortunate incident that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. I took it to TO Haas initially because they were able to align my vehicle and another place I called couldn’t.. The customer service here was top notch. They gave me a price before they started working, the work was done quickly and my van drives wonderfully. They even called and said they noticed that my van needed an oil change and offered to take care of it while it was already in the shop. That was so helpful because I struggle to get all of my tasks done and I so appreciate them looking out for me. I will definitely use them again.

By far best car service in town. Front line staff customer service is top notch, and you can trust the servicing team in the back to get the job done right . Never any issues besides trying to get your car in because of how great they are. I bring my friends and families vehicles here, and would recommend to anyone looking for help with their vehicle.

Dropped an older vehicle off because I couldn’t find a leak. After a couple of days they were able to locate it. Got it taken care of for us. No more leaks. Brought the vehicle back because of a slight issue the company caused, they fixed the issue free of charge no questions asked.

When I came in at 0730 - 0800, I was greeted promptly by the staff. I communicated what I needed done for my vehicle (oil change, tire rotation and filter change). We exchanged funny ideas about filters.

Once my vehicle was completed, they contacted me in a timely manner. I paid a fair price and they recommended preventative work for my rear brakes and rotors.

Will continue to give my business to this establishment.

I brought in my 1970 chevy for a oil change and for the most part everything that the computer recommended was wrong and Lisa whent above and beyond to get me the things I needed and a special oil filter. Great job thanks again.
