I was so impressed with Jeffrey I went back and bought a second vehicle. I had some serious anxiety with the second one because it’s the vehicle that has to pull our 41ft 5th wheel. Their lead tech and a couple managers came over to talk to me and give me info on the best course of action to take with the new 350. I was so grateful because I was by myself (husband was out of town) and all 5 of them helped me pick the correct options! The best Ford dealership I’ve ever been to and I only drive Fords!

Had a great experience buying my Bronco. Jefferey and JD were awesome. During all the paperwork we had some great conversations and professional service. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks to Tony Serra Ford for helping me obtain a “Unicorn of a Mustang Gt” these are highly sought after because of the color and Ford only makes a very limited run of this specific Grabber Blue every year.
Thanks to John Bruce my salesman for taking time out of his own day and picking me up at the Birmingham airport. Was a pleasure dealing with everyone there and this is the way car sales should be!!

I was able to make the appointment at a time that was convenient for me, upon arrival my car was taken directly back, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Filled out information on line for interest rates and payments. I believe the Salesman told me it would be a soft pull on credit report ,don't believe it!!! You can get interest rates from Banks without doing a credit pull. I've gotten them , even on line. They will tell you the rates according to whether it's a used car or new car and what kind of score you would need . Even online , you can click on your credit score and number of months to finance and it will give you payments and a possible interest rate.Instead of waiting for me to come down to dealership to look at car, they took it upon themselves to check at two Banks, Because they did that , it went against my credit as a Hard inquiry. They do not come off for two years. Now I've been denied credit because of it and my score was over 800. Now I have two hard inquiries. Make sure you don't give any information until you see the car and your sure you want to buy it! Plus I live 100 miles away, let the man know I wasn't coming. Plus I never told them I was buying the car. They asking too much.
