Michael answered my call to the shop and squeezed me in the very next morning as I had a road trip planned and my radiator reservoir was leaking it needed to be replaced. I came in the next morning. He did a visual And ordered me a new one on the spot and had it changed by midday that day . They even gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it was done, great service .. at a fair Price .i was very pleased and I will be Taking my truck back for any issues maintenance repairs needed going forward., finally found a fair repair shop to take care of my repair needs.

I called Tooles where I explained my situation first with Mike. He was so kind and professional through the whole process and assured that they were there to serve the customer and worked around the time frame I had. Ray stepped in as the team figured out what the problem was and was so generous with their time. You don’t come across a lot of honest mechanics, but they made a stressful situation for me easy and smooth. 100/10 recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
Took my RV in for oil change, upon the inspection they found my chassis battery was weak so I replaced it saving me problems down the road. They are courteous and very accommodating giving me a ride home and picking me up when the job was done. Also very fair on their pricing.

They diagnosed and fixed a MAJOR problem and many smaller problems with my car quickly and expertly. They worked well with my extended warranty program, and explained/got approval for everything every step of the way. My car is finally back to normal, and I couldn't be more thankful.

I can try to explain these guys professional knowhow, but it's a longer story. I will try to make it short.
I purchased a 2000 F650 about 6 years ago. It had a bad transmission in it. Standard for these trucks is a dumb 4 speed that constantly slips. So the trend goes out at about 100,000 miles.with the CAT 7.2L engine. This trans revs really high going down the road at 55mph.
I converted this commercial flatbed into a pickup. I gave it a 7" lift, and ordered a newer Allison transmission (6 speed, double overdrive).
I wondered a stand alone wiring harness to make it all work.
A dealer certified shop installed the Trans, and wiring harness. But the Trans never engaged.
I had 3 other shops look at it, and they could not figure it out.
Today I got my truck from TOOLE GARAGE, it's running, and shifting as it should.
It took about 7 hours for them to get it right.
So much time and money spent on my truck and years looking at it just sitting there.. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this shop, and their professionalism! They solved a problem many others couldn't.

Always love the professionalism from Toole’s. Brought my wife’s 4runner in for an oil change and they showed me the front drive shaft U-joint was worn and I had no idea. Love their thoroughness and attention to detail.
